Pattern steel, also called reticulated sheet, is the steel sheet which
has rhombuses or ribs on the surface.
Pattern steel: After surface polishing or re-etching, pattern can be
shown.
Pattern steel, also called reticulated sheet, is the steel sheet which
has rhombuses or ribs on the surface. It is antiskidding because of
the ribs and can be used for floor, workshop staircase, falsework
pedal, ship deck, floor for car,etc.. The specifications of pattern steel
are from 2.5-8mm(10 kinds in all),which is expressed by elementary
thickness(the thickness of ribs is ignored). Pattern steel sheet is made
by rolling No. 1-3 class B common carbon structural steel, the
chemical compositions of which accord with the regulations of
GB700” Technical Condition of Common Carton Structural Steel ”. The earliest record of pattern steel sheet can be traced back to
Eastern Han Dynasty in China.
